Call of Duty Weapons: FiNN LMG Setup Guide

FiNN is the newest addition to the LMG class, and it’s super cool. First of all, its damage isn’t that noticeable as you always need three to five hits to kill depending on where you hit your opponent. The rate of fire was also quite slow, at least for the standard barrel. That’s right, it has so-called access barrels in addition to the standard ones, which are almost double the rate of fire! Damage per bullet is slightly reduced, but with a 1017 RPM firing rate, this is the second-highest rate of fire in Call of Duty that makes it a fair sacrifice.

FiNN Setups

We’re in a generous mood, so we’ll give you not just one but two settings today. One is for both Modern Warfare and Warzone to compete and the other is simply to have fun with the new light machine gun.

CoD: Modern Warfare and Warzone Setup

The best setup for FiNN, in both Modern Warfare and Warzone, looks like this:

As usual, we’re concentrating here to optimize range and take advantage of the extremely high rate of fire:

  • Muzzle: Monolith silencer
  • Barrel: XRK Longshot Adverse
  • Laser: Tactical laser
  • Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
  • Added: Finesse

Silencers are required as always as it increases your range. With Tactical Laser, you further reduce the time required for aiming and the Commando Foregrip helps you control recoil. The most important part of this setup is the bucket. The XRK Longshot Adverse not only increases your range and bullet speed but also your rate of fire, making FiNN a real threat. Since its vision is clear, you don’t have to have a goal vision. Hence, we recommend more ingenious to reload faster. If you want, you can also carry a larger magazine, but the standard 75 shot magazine should suffice even for an LMG.

This setup makes the weapon very powerful even at longer distances and thanks to the extremely high rate of fire you also have a chance to dominate in shorter range battles.

Laid Back Setup

Who wouldn’t wish to walk the street with a handgun in hand, shoot it out like there’s no tomorrow? Is not? Don’t lie to yourself! With the right attachments, the FiNN becomes exactly that – someone who delivers death and joy.

This setup is better suited for smaller maps since you can only shoot from the hip, but wherever you do this, we’re sure it’s a very cool hell.

  • Muzzle: Compensator
  • Barrel: XRK Pro Twist Adverse
  • Laser: Tactical laser
  • Stock: XRK Chainsaw
  • Added: Finesse

Since you can only shoot from the hip with this setup, the attachments are focused on making it as comfortable as possible. The most important things in this setup are crates and warehouses. The gun barrel increases the range and extremely high rate of fire. Stock turns LMG into a bullet thrower. The laser beam and compensator increase hip accuracy and reduce recoil, which is important when you cannot aim properly. Finally, again, we recommend using extra dexterity, but if you want you can also use a 100-bullet magazine. After all, we’re going to have a full-blown battle with this setup.

Try it out! Especially on smaller maps like Shoot House or Shipment, you can use a chainsaw to shoot everything down. It’s also effective enough at medium distances, but anything further doesn’t fit this setup, and it would probably be wiser if you stick with our first setup.

FiNN is definitely one of the better LMGs in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone and particularly interesting in Modern Warfare. It didn’t equal the Bruen MK9’s pre-nerf strength, but not by much.
