In the Cyberpunk 2077 game you can get a hidden Secret Ending during the main job of Nocturne Op55N1. You can find this secret during the V scene standing on the balcony while reflecting on how to proceed after Mistry left you alone.
During your conversation with Johnny Silverhand, you have up to four dialogue options (as long as you complete the side jobs you need). However, there is also a fifth dialogue option.
To open the fifth dialogue option, you have to keep quiet during the conversation with Johnny. If you don’t say anything, don’t choose one of the four options for a few minutes.
Next Johnny will talk and take your silencer as a sign that he doesn’t want to harm your partner. As Johnny put it, “this was a wild suicide attempt” and V described the job as “going really hard”.
So the point is to get Secret Ending in Cyberpunk 2077 make sure you stay quiet during your conversation with Johnny on the balcony until the fifth dialogue option is triggered.
Additional Notes Cyberpunk Secret Ending
This Secret Ending has nothing to do with the choice of “path of least resistance” even though there are mentions about suicide. Instead, V and Johnny will try to attack the Arasaka Tower alone which is a really tough challenge.
It is highly recommended that you don’t use this option unless you are fully equipped and familiar with the game mechanics. To carry out this mission, of course, you need elite level weapons and Cyberware and maximum characters.
If you were killed in a Secret Ending situation, you cannot retry from your last checkpoint. This means you only have one chance to get the Secret Ending in Cyberpunk 2077. If you fail, the game credits will roll over and it’s all over.
The Secret Ending story requires you to find your own way through the main entrance of Arasaka Tower, find an elevator, and make a path to Mikoshi through the Netrunner operation area.
All of these places appear at the other end, so it’s best that you finish the game at least once before trying Secret Ending in Cyberpunk 2077.
