Bio of Cyclops
Cyclops is a giant with only one eye on his face left on his homeland. He has always been haunted by stars in the sky from a very young age. So he spent a lot of time observing them day and night to discover the fact that the planets are constantly moving. What is hidden behind is an energy source with tremendous power beyond imagination.
With the hourglass in hand that charged and controlled this energy, he became a famous spirit magician in his hometown. With this strength, he became invincible for a long time. But this has accidentally separated him from everyone, making him lonely. So Cyclops decided to go to the Dawn Continent to begin his space travel. Skills of Cyclops
Passive: Starlit Hourglass
The passive can control time-based on a close connection with the stars, allowing all abilities to instantly heal by 0.5 seconds if they hit the target.
Skill 1: Stardust Shock
Cyclops would gather the endless power of the stars to create 2 crystal waves. Each wave will deal 220 (+ 60%) magic damage to the hit victims.
Skill 2: Planets Attack
He will speed up itself in a short period of time by connecting the stars in a long chain. All planets will attack nearby enemies (prefer enemy champions), to deal 210 (+ 50%) magic damage. If all damage is dealt to a single target, its power will gradually decrease.
Skill 3: Star Power Lockdown
Cyclops summons all of the stars to form a large orb chasing the enemy, dealing 600 (+ 220%) magic damage. Depending on the flight distance of the orb, it will bind enemies for 1-2 seconds.

How to build
- Enchanted Talisman + Magic Shoes + Fleeing Time + Ice Queen Wand + Holy Crystal + Blood Wings
- Enchanted Talisman + Arcane Boots + Glowing Wand + Ice Queen Wand + Holy Crystal + Devil Tears
- Enchanted Talisman + Magic Shoes + Concentrated Energy + Ice Queen Wand + Courage Bulwark + Immortality
Don’t forget to build “Arcane Boots” which provide movement speed and which generation. Effect +40 Movement speed and again +15 Magic Penetration is the requirement for a mage. Cyclop does not require cooldown reduction from shoes because of his passive skill. Besides this Magic Penetration very well add magic damage to him.
Holy Crystal is very good as providing additional damage in every attack, +90 magic power plus 25% effect magic power will make Cyclops attacks increase after the attack, the next attack will have additional damage for 3 seconds.
The last item and the complementary suffering of the opponent is “Devil Tears”, +65 Magic Power Unique as well as additional + 40% Magic penetration.
