Unlocked at level 15 of the Season 4 Battle Pass, Fennec pays homage to the dominant Vector SMG that appeared in Call of Duty: Ghosts. In this article, we look at the best attachments, the best Fennec Loadout, and how it puts into an extremely competitive SMG super game.
After some time experimenting with a bunch of different attached combinations, we’ve come up with three layers that are perfect for dominating close-range battles.
Fennec Loadout: The Do It All
This Fennec loadout is ideal for doing anything and everything in a match.
- Compensator (Muzzle)
- Cronen MP945 Mini Reflex (Optic)
- FTAC C6 Carbine PRO (Stock)
- Granulated Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
- Operator Foregrip (Underbarrel)
The combination of these accessories further neutralizes recoil and increases stability so it can be used at longer ranges. The addition of an optical system makes it easy to track any enemy in your sights.
- Quick Fix (Perk 1)
- Pointman (Perk 2)
- Battle Hardened (Perk 3)
Seeing that Fennec is most effective in the near term, quick repairs begin healing right after killing a target while capturing and holding the target further increases the recovery rate, allowing you to dash straight back. Fights without worrying about the amount of health you possess.
- Semtex (Lethal)
- Smoke Grenade (Tactical)
The combination of this device is perfect for running and gun gameplay. Quickly toss Semtex into a densely populated area of the map for maximum impact and deploy smoke in front of your position and plunge straight through it to take out any defenseless opponents.
Fennec Loadout: Packing a Punch
Equipped with more damage and more ammo, this Fennec Loadout is on par with the MP5 and MP7 types.
- ZLR 16” Apex (Barrel)
- FORGE TAC CQS (Stock)
- Sleight of Hand (Perk)
- Rubberized Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
- 40 Round Drum Mags (Ammunition)
This attachment combination greatly increases ammunition capacity, reducing the need for continuous reloads while the barrel expands Fennec’s range to be effective in mid-range fights.
- EOD (Perk 1)
- Overkill (Perk 2)
- Tune Up (Perk 3)
EOD increases resistance to any enemy explosives, perfect for those who constantly fight it for target control. Overkill lets you use a second primary weapon, and in this case, we used AR to counter any opponent that was too far away for Fennec to work.
- Thermite (Lethal)
- Flash Grenade (Tactical)
Thermite is lethal once used in confined spaces. With little space for the target to move, all but guaranteed to be easily destroyed if the burning does not end the destruction. Flash grenades are ideal for entering a building, blinding any enemies trying to hold the entrance.
Fennec Loadout: The Pea Shooter
The third and final Fennec Loadout might look like something you might see in a toy store but its looks are definitely deceiving as it is shredded through the opposition so easily.
- Muzzle Brake (Muzzle)
- No Stock (Stock)
- FMJ (Perk)
- Stippled Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
- Merc Foregrip (Underbarrel)
The combination of these accessories allows for maximum mobility combined with increased damage making this repetition of Fennec the most dangerous.
- Double Time (Perk 1)
- Ghost (Perk 2)
- Battle Hardened (Perk 3)
Despite the new update, the combination of these perks is still a must-have choice when playing powerfully.
The double duration doubles the duration of the Tactical Sprint, allows you to navigate the map faster, ghosts help you hide from any UAV and the battle well reduces the influence of enemy tactical equipment, Keep all forms of obstruction to a minimum as you fly around the map at breakneck speeds.
- C4 (Lethal)
- Stim (Tactical)
C4 and its explosion radius make it one of the most powerful damage devices to use in this Fennec Loadout. Ideal for destroying any kill on the ground and clearing Hardpoint hills, great fun to use when speeding around the map. Stim is a useful tool that helps you get back to action quickly thanks to its near-instant recovery.
