Wrecking Ball rolls across the battlefield, using his arsenal and powerful body to crush enemies. As an attack-minded tank hero, his greatest strength lies in his high maneuverability, which he uses to disrupt the enemy army by forcing them to leave their position and begin fighting with the team. A good player is great at establishing zone control, knowing when and how to join, and freeing enemies for opportunities for his teammates. He can do so at will by switching between walking and ball modes as the situation changes.

Quad Cannons deployed in walking mode provide a long-range attack in exchange for mobility, while shadow mode allows the Wrecking Ball to damage nearby enemies and quickly cross the battlefield. His grappling hook allows him to tie tightly to a surface to obtain an upright position and accelerate to inflict contact damage in an area at top speed.
If he finds himself outnumbered, he can create temporary shields to block damage taken, increasing with the number of nearby enemies. Finally, he is capable of denying strong areas by deploying a mining pool, dealing heavy damage to any enemy that enters the detonation range.
While he is more portable than Winston, he does not have the means to directly protect his teammates from damage, making him a bad choice as a solo tank. His high reliance on his abilities and mobility makes him a sitting target when they are confined or disabled. Furthermore, his enormous size also makes him an easy target for the enemy team to focus their fire on if he is unable to escape.

His main weapon. With low damage, fast fire rate, and relatively low ammo, Hammond can only engage fast and retreat quickly. Target enemies with low HP or those who are new to the Piledriver. Quad Cannons automatically reload if Wrecking Ball is in Rolling mode. Quad Cannons are largely ineffective against high barriers and high HP targets.

His movement ability allows him to spin and move at high speed. It allows him to reach its target faster than any Hero in the game. Its short cooldown means he can enter combat and retreat quickly.
By attaching to a pillar or payload, he can rotate indefinitely. He can dispute targets, damage and take down enemies, and effectively buy time for teammates.
Roll – Wrecking Ball
Movement speed: 10 meters per second
He transforms into a ball with increased maneuverability. As a ball, his default speed is much faster than other Heroes. He can use this to get into a battle as easily as possible. While in Roll mode, the Wrecking Ball is easier to hit due to its large hitbox.

Wrecking Ball receives a personal shield with an additional shield for each nearby enemy. These shields do not give enemy troops maximum attack power, meaning he can join without fear of losing his real HP. Although having more enemies means more armor, he is much more vulnerable. Adaptive shields should not be overrated and players should still be cautious.

If he is in the air, he can slide down and damage all surrounding enemies. Enemies are launched into the air, making them an easy target for Quad Cannons. If the high ground is nearby (such as a staircase), go up to use the Piledriver so that the Grappling Claw can climb up and he can escape immediately. By jumping off the payload, he gains enough height to use the Piledriver. If he rolls to a corner, he gains enough height to use the Piledriver.

His ultimate abilities. It was used to block an area or to distract enemy troops. If he uses Minefield while in the air, the mines will spread more and more area covered.
It takes a while for the mines to activate. The combo to make sure the mines hit something is to have the Wrecking Ball launch itself into the air, use Minefield in the air, and then use Piledriver. Enemies nearby will be launched into the air by Piledriver, and they will fall to mines waiting below. Minefield is extremely valuable while buying time as it can block the area, shorten the enemy from gathering points or payloads.
