Playing as Aquaman
Aquaman in Injustice 2 is said to be one of the best zoning characters in the game. Using his Trident Toss and Tentacle Slam, he is able to keep his opponents narrow. TS will force the opponent to jump forward to close the gap. At this point, you need to combine both attacks so that the opponent won’t be confused. Plus, try to punish any hit with Trident Rush.

Key Moves and Combo Attacks
Shark Strike (down + square / down + X) is one of the fastest attacks of Aquaman and is a great tool to punish your opponent after blocking an attack from them making them vulnerable attack (ie “unsafe attack”). You can destroy it as Trident Rush, Trident Scoop or Tentacle Strike to initiate your attack momentum.
Rising Trident (down + triangle / down + Y) is an anti-aircraft attack with long vertical range. Use this move to cover most aerial approaches and force your opponent to land.
Trident Slam (back + triangle / back + Y) is mid-range overhead combination starterof Aquaman. Be sure to remove this attack as it may leave you vulnerable when blocked in close proximity.
