If the enemy is hit by a unit that is connected to Tether, he will decrease his movement speed. The amount of health and Mana restored to Io while on the Tether link will help allies to recover 1.5 times this amount.

The link will be lost if Io moves too far away from the target. Also, if Io is within the 1800 range and uses Tether, it will be pulled closer to his teammate’s %. Enemy’s movement speed: 100%, Slow time: 0.75 / 1.25 / 1.75 / 2.25s. Duration of connection: 12 seconds, Mana cost: 40, Cooldown: 12 seconds.

Third, Io uses Overcharge to increase energy, increase attack speed. Reduce incoming damage for itself and its allies connected to Tether. In return, he will lose an amount of health and mana every second to maintain this state. Health ratio, current mana lost per second: 4.5%, Attack Speed bonus: 40/50/60/70. Damage reduction: 5% / 10% / 15% / 20%, Cooldown: 2s.

Lastly, it is Relocate, Io teleports itself and its attached teammates to the designated location on the map. After 12 seconds, It will teleport back to the old position. Range: Full map, Delay time: 2.5 / 2.25 / 2s, Return time: 12s, Mana cost: 100, Cooldown: 90/75 / 60s.
