The legend of Zelda has been around since the Nintendo Entertainment System and fans can’t get enough of these epic adventures with our protagonist Link.

One of the games released for the series is The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, a title available only to Nintendo Game Boy and Nintendo Game Boy Color. Luckily, Nintendo brought the iconic title back with its The Legend of Zelda remake: Link’s Awakening for the Nintendo Switch.

Now years later, the eight-headed demon, Orochi was freed once again cursed the lands. This is not a large open world for players to explore but instead, the game has different areas.

From there, the player can control various NPCs, enemies, and objects. Speaking of levels, there’s a lot of worlds going through that can be significantly different from before, such as the actual city setting.

Of course, the main goal here is to once again save Princess Peach when she is captured by Bowser, who seeks to marry the princess. In each world, players are free to explore and complete a variety of objectives along with finding different secrets scattered throughout the game.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild made a splash at launch and tends to be one of the more popular installments for The Legend Zelda series in general. What makes this game unique is that this time, players will be placed in a huge open world environment with the ability to play through the game’s dungeons in any order.

The player will play the role of Link after he wakes up from a deep sleep that lasted for hundreds of years.

A mysterious voice warning links to a ruined Kingdom known as Hyrule, where he will learn about Calamity Ganon, the villain who had previously destroyed Hyrule, however, in the process, he has been trapped himself in the buried kingdom. From there, the player will have to train and earn items to defeat the opponent. First, we know that a sequel is in the works, although details are scarce.
