Yet another model for the Jack series. While larger characters in FG 2D tend to be more patterned down and messy, this is not the case with Tekken. Jack-7 is said to be the biggest turtle in the series. He has a huge reach on his arms allowing him to be able to effectively hold opponents with mid and stab shots. His main low-slit punches are extremely fast on i12, dealing decent damage as well as a decent frame effect when hit.

Jack-7 in T7 is said to have the best range in the game allowing him to keep his opponents at hand using stabs. He has incredibly fast low range attacks at i12, making him able to block the Frame Advantage and deal decent damage. Therefore, he can easily place frame traps near the walls. When playing as Jack-7, you can easily prevent an opponent from coming in and constantly punish their weak attempts.

He also has a pretty good throw game that includes a wall splat throw and another throw that you can use to initiate a devastating combo. Jack-7, on the other hand, is not lacking when it comes to his jump game and attack attacks. Therefore, please be aware that AO players who like to dodge a lot will gain an advantage over you.

Given his combined potential, he has long been achieved on his standard d / f + 2 launcher. As a beginner combo you can use d / f + 2, 1 + 2, Screw!, F, f 1 + 2, 2. If you want a little advanced combo, you can try d / f +2, d / f + 3, 2 Screw!, Forward Dash, f + 4, b + 3, 2, 2. While doing advanced matching, you must come to neutral after a rush in to successfully land 4. If you manage to get past your opponent, you can use b + 3, 2, 2 or use b + 3, 2, d / f + 3 + 4.

Pros:

  • Strong throw game.
  • Strong whiff punishment.
  • Some of the best low poke.
  • Can punish something that most characters cannot be within reach of him.

Cons:

  • Bad sidestep, prone to pressure.
  • Larger combos are possible on Jack-7 due to the size.
  • Weak against SSL, take risks to prevent that.
