Monster Hunter World
This first game in the Xbox One hunting games list with a bit of a hunting experience in Monster Hunter World. The Monster Hunter series has been around for a few years, and one of the most recent to hit the market is Monster Hunter World.
In this game, players will go through different hunts against giant monsters. It usually requires the player to equip the right equipment to take down the monster in the best way. Furthermore, you’ll want to research the monster to know the best way to defeat it and the moves it will unleash on the player.
Dauntless – Xbox One hunting games
We won’t spend too much time on this but if you don’t want to spend money to see if you like Monster Hunter World then get Dauntless. This is essentially a free alternative to Monster Hunter World, where players are more or less doing the same thing here.
However, the combat is a bit toned down in Dauntless so you might find it more of an arcade game or at least a simpler fighting version than the Monster Hunter games. There’s a lot of different threads coming up comparing Dauntless to Monster Hunter. It’s easy to find some great breakdowns between the two but as a free-to-play title. It doesn’t take anything to give this game of our Xbox One hunting games list a try.
Hunting Simulator 2 – Xbox One hunting games
Hunting Simulator 2 is quite similar to TheHunter: Call of the Wild, a game that we will cover next. Here you will hunt for various prized animals.
