Apple TV first introduced in 2007 as a digital media player. Of course, over the years, devices continue to be improved and released for more consumers to choose from. Here we can access a number of different apps for multimedia content, but did you know that Apple TV can even play some video game titles? Now, let’s not dive into these highly anticipated games that will compete with the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X. These are simpler Apple TV games typically found on smartphones and tablets.

Fibbage XL – Apple TV games
Fibbage XL is one of the other party Apple TV games worth getting into. Here the player is given a trivia question in which the opposing player gives the wrong answer that sounds believable. From there, it’s all about guessing which answer is correct.
This is a quirky game that, again, like The Jackbox Party Pack, can be enjoyed with up to eight players filling in their answers via smartphones. Next time you have a group or if you want to try something for a family game night, check out Fibbage XL. It’s easy to set up and simple to understand for many ages.
Sky Force Reloaded
Sky Force Reloaded is a game available on multiple platforms including Apple TV. This is a SHUMP and also a product that is easy to pick up and try even for newbies. This game has the player pilot a plane as you fire countless bullets, missiles or laser beams at a series of enemies across the land.
Meanwhile, when these enemies return fire, you’ll need to carefully maneuver your ship around to avoid getting hit. There are fifteen stages with multiple challenges to complete along with planes to unlock. Likewise, the game also offers a bonus to unlock, which will give the player some incentive for their plane, that is, a permanent or temporary boost.
Dungeon Hunter 5 – Apple TV games
Dungeon Hunter 5 is an action RPG title that offers some thrilling hack and slash gameplay. In this title, the world has fallen into a dark age. Demonic invasions have flooded towns, lakes, forests and tourist routes with undead monsters or vampires. With humanity’s situation in decline, there was only one group that made a profit and that was the bounty hunter guild.
Players take on the role of a bounty hunter as you collect gold for people who need your help in clearing the area from monsters. This game features over 90 different missions throughout the campaign storyline, and as you complete challenges or missions, you’ll be rewarded with new gear or loot. Players can even take on missions together via a co-op mode that allows up to three players to work together on this grand journey.
Spin Sports
Spin Sports is only available on Apple TV so you get a bit of an exclusivity here. This is a temporary air hockey-like game. In this game, the player will have two teams that continuously rotate in place. It is up to the player to wait until their character turns in the correct direction it is facing the ball.
When your character is facing a hit, you can simply hold down a button on your Apple TV remote to launch the character in the direction in the hope of hitting the ball into the opposing team’s goal. This is one of the simple Apple TV games and can help pass the time. Meanwhile, there’s multiplayer support here with up to six players total and over thirty different character designs to unlock.
